Absolutely we do! All of our meals are hand-crafted here at FlexPro Meals which allows us to have complete control over our huge selection!
The “Menu” link on our home page will take you to all our meals. By clicking on a meal, you will find all the ingredients in that meal, including allergens and nutritional information.
Be sure to check often, our menu updates regularly!
Billing is pretty simple!
When you place an order with FlexPro, you choose how frequently you want to receive your meals going forward. Any recurring billing always takes place on the Saturday on the weekend before your meals are sent for delivery.
If you place your first order by 2PM CST Thursday, your order will be delivered by end of week the same week. (For subscriptions with weekly frequency, your next shipment will be billed NEXT Saturday. If you do need your meals sooner, just let our service team know!)
If your first order is placed after 2PM THURSDAY, your order will be prepared ASAP for delivery the next week.
All recurring billing for subscriptions happens on Saturday. We send orders Monday-Thursday Next Day Air for delivery by end of week.

You never have to cook with FlexPro Meals. Our meals are pre-portioned and delivered flash frozen, ready to heat and eat! This isn’t just another box of ingredients, we’re the complete convenience package! We took care of your grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning!
Just defrost meal in the fridge for 12-24 hours, remove film and reheat for 2-3 minutes. Then enjoy!

If you love treats as much as we do, you’ll want to make sure these come on a regular basis! You can start getting your treats by clicking ‘Power Bakery’ at the top of our website.
